Everything is made to order, so the return rules depend on whether the size is a standard one or made for you.
Production: prints one to two weeks, OURLUCI lightframes three to five, rugs four to six, furniture four to eight weeks. After production, delivery inside the European Union takes 5 to 10 working days, other countries on request.
The delivery cost is stated on the invoice before payment. Collection at the gallery in Vilnius is free.
A consumer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the piece, without giving a reason. This applies to the standard options listed in the catalogue:
- signed photography editions in the standard sizes 20x28, 50x70, 70x100 and 100x140 cm
- OURLUCI lightframes in the catalogue sizes
- BAJORAS entrance rugs in five sizes
- BOMBE furniture models in the catalogue dimensions
The piece must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Tell us by email at info@h4gallery.com within 14 days and send the piece back within 14 days of that notice. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. We refund within 14 days of receiving the piece, by the same method you paid.
Under Lithuanian law the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the buyer's own specification. In our case that means:
- any size, shape or colour other than the catalogue ones
- art rugs and custom rugs developed from a sketch
- BOMBE furniture built to the buyer's dimensions or finish
- OURLUCI frames made with the buyer's own photograph
We state this separately on the invoice before such an order is confirmed. It does not apply if the piece is faulty.
If a shipment arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the piece and send the photos within 48 hours of receipt. We replace it or remake it at our cost. The same goes for production faults: write to us and we sort it out.
The statutory guarantee of quality is two years under Lithuanian law. Natural properties of the materials, such as loose wool fibres in the first weeks of a rug or the texture of a steel surface, are not faults.
A plain email to info@h4gallery.com is enough. Give the order number or the invoice date, the piece and your name. We answer within one working day and send the return address.
