In the order and enquiry form: name, email address, phone, delivery city and country, your message and the piece, size and quantity you chose.
By email or phone: only what you tell us yourself.
On the invoice: billing details, and company details for business buyers. These go into our accounting records.
To answer an enquiry and quote: steps taken at your request before a contract. To fulfil, make and deliver an order: performance of the contract. To issue and keep invoices: legal obligation. To contact you about the progress of an order: performance of the contract.
We do not send a newsletter yet. If we start, it will go only to people who gave separate consent, withdrawable in one click.
We use these services, which process data on our behalf: Google Ireland Limited (order form and email), Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting), courier companies (delivery details only), our accounting provider and our bank (payments). We do not sell data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
Enquiries and correspondence that did not become an order: 2 years. Order and accounting records: 10 years, as Lithuanian law requires. Customer contacts for guarantee questions: 2 years after delivery.
You have the right to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict processing, object to processing and to data portability. Write to info@h4gallery.com and we answer within 30 days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate, L. Sapiegos g. 17, Vilnius, ada.lt.
The site uses no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies. Only the technical storage needed to display the page. If we ever turn analytics on, we will ask for consent first and update this section.
The site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
