These terms apply to every order placed through h4gallery.com, by email or at the gallery. By placing an order you accept them.

All prices are in euro and include VAT. Delivery is not included: the cost depends on the size and the country and is stated on the invoice before payment. Companies are invoiced with their own details.
There are no card payments on the site. The order form is a pre-order. We reply by email within one working day, confirm the piece, the size, the production time and the delivery cost, and send an invoice.
The contract is made when the invoice is paid by bank transfer. Production starts then. An unpaid invoice is valid for 7 days, after which the order is cancelled with no obligation on either side.
Everything is made to order in Lithuania and Europe. Prints one to two weeks, OURLUCI lightframes three to five, rugs four to six, furniture four to eight weeks, counted from the day of payment. If a deadline moves we write to you and either agree a new date or refund you.
We ship worldwide. Inside the European Union delivery takes 5 to 10 working days after production, other countries on request. Collection at the gallery in Vilnius is free, by appointment.
Customs duties and import taxes outside the European Union are paid by the buyer.
Ownership passes to the buyer once the full amount is paid. Risk of loss or damage passes when the shipment is handed to the buyer or to a person named by the buyer.
Buying a work gives you ownership of the object, not the author's economic rights. The works may not be copied, reprinted or used commercially without separate written consent from the artist and the gallery.
Lithuanian law applies. Please write to info@h4gallery.com first, we answer within one working day. A consumer may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority, Vilniaus g. 25, Vilnius, vvtat.lt.
